Group ride forecast

One link for your group ride. Everyone reads the same forecast for the same start, along the whole route, and answers with one tap. Nobody needs an account to answer.
A group ride in Velvind, Fornebu, Sunday 10:00 from Majorstuen: “A gentle day — dry with light winds. Full gloves.” Meet 09:45, wheels roll 10:00, back 11:17, the I'm in, If dry and Can't buttons, and the meeting point on the map.
A group ride in the app: the ride's verdict, the board with Meet, Wheels roll and Back, the buttons to answer, and the meeting point on the map.
  • Meet, Wheels roll and Back: three clock times that hold the whole plan.
  • The ride's forecast for that start: the wind along the route, rain where you'll be when it falls, the temperature, and when you'll need lights.
  • The meeting point on a map, with directions in Apple Maps and Google Maps, and the ride as a calendar file.

I'm in, If dry, Can't

Answering is one tap. “If dry” is for riders who'll come if it holds off. A rider without an account gives a name and can leave an email. It's used only for ride news: a moved start, a cancellation, and for “If dry”, the call once the sky settles. Nothing else.

For the rider who organises

You create the group ride in the app from one of your routes, with a time and a meeting point, and share the link wherever the club already talks. Move the start and everyone sees the new forecast. Call it off and the link says so. A group ride from a Strava route is shared as a meeting point without the route itself, as Strava's rules require.
